Position Charter Experience
We need world class software engineers who want to design and build cutting edge
business applications employing the latest technologies. Our projects include
working on advanced web based applications for business collaboration, complex
loan transactions and financial marketplaces.
Performs product design, bug verification, release testing, and beta support on
applications software projects which may require research and analysis. May
assist in performing on-site client work. Operates under minimal supervision
Key Accountabilities
Performs complex product design, system analysis, and programming activities on
applications software which may require some research
Performs design, implementation and maintenance of complex, multiple product
modules/sub-systems
Participates in product design meetings
Experience with object oriented design, C#, SQL Server required. ASP.NET and
AJAX a plus.
In absence of product architects, may serve as a product architect
Design and implementation in order to meet project objectives.
Documentation of development work
Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits
Assists in performing on-site client work on complex applications.
Researches and understands the marketing requirements for a product, including
target environment, performance criteria and competitive issues. Researches new
technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology.
Professional and Technical Competencies
Typically requires five to seven years of experience in software design or
product support.
Thorough technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and
implementation.
Excellent analytical and design skills at multiple product level.
Excellent skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation.
Excellent understanding of entire development process, including specification,
documentation and quality assurance.
Aware of business issues as they impact overall project plans.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering or computer science;
advanced degree desirable.
