Job Requirements:
Must have a telephone (cell or landline)
Must have a working computer and internet access
Must be professional sounding
Must be 18 years old
Must be quick to call customers back
You may set your own hours, but please be reliable with calling customers back. You will not be "cold calling." You will be serving customers who have requested more information about the product and have given their information requesting a customer service call back.
You will be representing a fortune 500 company that is over 30 years old and serves over 1.5 Million families around the US and Canada. Pay varies depending on customer service position and customer response. Bonuses and Raises available to all reps. Stay at home mothers are encouraged to apply, but we do ask that when you call back a customer that background noise does not disrupt the conversation.
