Support & Provisioning Associate (Internal Office Support) - (Everett, WA)


Description


As a Support and Provisioning Associate you will be responsible for assisting our network engineers and project managers. You will work on customer support issues and new services deployments. You will also be cross trained to be able to assist with a variety of office functions to bridge accounting and sales into our support groups. To succeed your must be very organized in a fast moving environment and be computer savvy.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Open support tickets with various vendor and communicate with customers

  • Manage and communicate data to customers regarding new installations

  • Learn Telnes services to help educate / answer sales questions

  • Call customers to gather required information for a variety of departments

  • Perform basic trouble shooting and problem identification (Training Provided)

  • Work with data in Salesforce.com



REQUIREMENTS


  • MUST BE EXTREMELY ORGANIZED

  • Computer savvy

  • Word and Excel Mastery

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

  • Ability to learn new products


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION


  • High School Degree Required

  • Technical Training or College is a plus

  • Experience in a professional environment

  • Experience with a basic LAN is a plus
