We are looking for flexible and responsible individuals that can think and operate “outside the box” in a dynamic
and fast paced environment. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Answering initial and follow-up phone calls from customers who have service and technical support issues
• Responding to service tickets opened by customers and other ISOMEDIA employees
• Providing timely and thorough resolution of all issues raised by ISOMEDIA customers, as well as documenting all actions
• Customer billing and invoicing support
• Supporting and troubleshooting Email and related issues
• Supporting and troubleshooting Dialup connections
• Supporting and troubleshooting broadband connectivity, including ADSL, SDSL, IDSL, T1
• Supporting and troubleshooting hosted domains, DNS, Registry, and VPS issues
• Supporting and troubleshooting Business and Residential VoIP services
• Suggestive Selling of products. Voice, Satellite TV, Internet Services
• Phone call and ticket queue awareness and ownership
• Ability to own support issues full-cycle from start to finish
• Maintaining consistent quality and performance metrics as set out by management
Skills, experience and other requirements:
• Understanding of Windows Operating systems required
• Basic understanding of Dialup, Email, Broadband, VoIP highly desired
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple contacts and tasks
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, domain hosting, and LAN/WAN concepts
• Excellent written, listening and verbal communications skills and an ability to maintain strict professionalism in all client communication
• Flexibility in shift schedules (starting as early as 5:00 am, ending as late as 8:00 pm as well as holidays, weekends, etc.) Students are welcome.
• Previous call center , voice and tv (satellite/cable) sales experience desired but not required

- experienced in both LAN and WAN integration and maintenance
- BGP routing and Class C Network experience helpful
- Web Server application experience (Apache, IIS, SQL, etc.)
- SMTP and NNTP experience a must
- backup application and operations experience
- telecommunication knowledge (ATM, Frame Relay, ISDN) a definite plus
- DSL integration a plus
- customer service experience
- a real positive and aggressive person that will take the ball and run with it
Other:
- You must be ok with handling the highly technical tasks at hand as well as the mundane daily tasks associated with smaller companies
- Being able to work with customers on all levels showing patience and understanding
- Knowledge of or working history in Internet industry a definite plus
- Technically savvy and able to think on your feet

- You need to have a great presence on the phone as well as an in-person
- Must have a valid drivers license, current insurance, and a reliable vehicle (travel between data centers and customer sites is a requirement)

Network Engineer - contract to hire
Looking for a solid Network Engineer for a well established company in Bellevue.
The Network Engineer will need to be able to handle pressure situations and work well independently.
This is an opportunity for someone to come in on a contract basis and transition to a permanent employee.
Responsibilities:
Handle design, installation, maintenance and support for network hardware and software
Design and revise IT strategies and policies
3rd level technical support within the Network Services group, provide 24x7 on-call support
Requirements:
Experience with the following areas:
5 years of Data Communications experience
Strong with firewall design, implementations, maintenance
Experience with WAN/LAN including TCP/IP, subletting, NAT, F5 Load balancing, networking security
Network management tools and protocols - SNMP, Cacti, IPMonitor, etc.
CNS, DHCP and IP Administration
Bachelors in Computer Science or related degree
Desired Requirements:
IPS/IDS solutions
Check Point firewalls
Windows 2003, experience with Linux or other UNIX system
VMware environment
Scripting tools such as Perl, PHP, PowerShell
