Senior Solution Manager/ Program Manager (Full time position)

program manager is required to have 4-8 years of hands on software program
management experience and a technical background in Microsoft technologies.
Must have:
- Program Management and Project Management skills with client interaction (4-8
years)
- Excellent people skill, with extensive exposure to successful client
interaction Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Excellent requirement gathering, specification writing, feature negotiation,
implementation negotiation and technical writing skills (at least 4 years exp.)
- Program Management and Project Management tools like MS Office, MS Project,
Outlook, SharePoint, etc ...
- Experience interacting with teams of senior, intermediate or junior
engineers, SDE, SDET or architects
- Advanced understanding of SharePoint, MOSS 2010
technology
- Strong background in .NET/ASP.NET and web technologies, programming
background a plus (At least 4 years)
- Understanding of reporting, business
intelligence, dashboards, scorecards, is a must
- Ability to sell a client repeat
business and collateral selling
Good to have:
- Engineering background or degree,
technical background preferred (MS, MBA, BS preferred)
- Microsoft suite of
technologies is a big plus, skills with C# programming, databases, understanding
of servers, Web-services, a plus (at least 5 years)
- Experience with projects
involving SharePoint (2007, 2010) as a primary delivery platform a plus (your
role could have been a PM or SDE/ SDET)
- Past sales experience with ability to
market our products, solutions and associated services Salary: $75,000-$100,000
depending on your abilities
