DevExpress ASP.NET, MS SQL, IIS, Visual Studio Application (Redmond)

Starting a ASP.NET development efforts. Looking for someone who can work from a short concise specification to produce some Internet based ASP.NET applications from scratch. Strong experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server, DevExpress ASP.NET Components, VB.NET and IIS is required. I am looking for a long term relationship to continue to support these applications on an as needed basis once initially completed.

1. Do you have excellent English language skills ?
2. Sample of one project you did that used DevExpress Components and demonstrates a professional look.
3. Describe experience with VB.NET, SQL Server, IIS and Visual Studio?
