As a
Data Warehouse Architect:
You will deliver information technology solutions that meet the needs and objectives of the business. An experienced Data Architect with in-depth knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts, data modeling and designs. The individual must be able to implement the various components in a standalone configuration or as part of a packaged BI Application in Oracle.
Essential Functions:
1. Review business challenges and architect appropriate BI Solutions.
2. Function as hands-on DW Architect and work with other members of IT and business units in defining and implementing technical specifications for BI solutions.
3. Develop and maintain technical project plans, documentation and application architecture diagrams.
4. Hands on involvement with full life cycle of Data warehouse design and development including logical and physical data modeling, mapping data elements from various data sources and loading DW objects including dimensions, hierarchies, fact tables, and aggregates, building the Reporting Metadata layer, as well as the building the reports.
